Orange and Black

Yesterday I noticed on the preschool calendar that the theme for that day was "Orange and Black", so I laid out Brighton's orange Halloween t-shirt and his black jeans for him to wear to school. Apparently Miss Angela brought Brighton up to the front of the class as an example of the colors they were going to be learning and talking about that day. Brighton was ecstatic, and couldn't stop talking about it all day! It is so cute to see how excited kids get about such little things. Spending time with Brighton and Chelsea every day helps me to better appreciate the small (what I would often consider trivial) things that delight them.
