Brighton is officially 4 years old today! He started the day by opening some more presents, and then requested breakfast sandwiches-- bacon, scrambled eggs and cheese on a toasted English muffin--his favorite! He had preschool today, and the kids in his class all sang to him and gave him a present, and then I went in at the end of class and brought treats for him to hand out to all of his friends. We also went to see Shrek 3 as a family at the dollar theater, and he got to have pizza for dinner. All in all, a pretty great birthday!

Happy Birthday, Brighton. We wanted to call you today, but by the time I remembered, it was 8:45 pm, and I figured you might already be in bed. So we will call tomorrow. We love you and miss you so much!
