Today is Brighton's birthday. He was up bright and early, excited to open his gifts.

Brighton asked me to make him a baseball field cake, and I wasn't sure how I was going to do it, but hopefully I pulled it off.

It's hard to believe that Brighton is already 6 years old. Some of our favorite things about him are:-He is a really good big brother and is very patient with his two crazy sisters!
-He is very outgoing and makes friends easily.
-He is always eager to take on challenges and learn new things.
We sure love you, Brighton!

When I saw the 6 on his cake, my first thought was, "he's not 6." But he is! So crazy. What a darling little boy. The cake turned out great, and it looks like he had a great day. How fun for you two to always have your special days together.
Lisa, that cake is amazing! And Brighton, we miss you and love you so much! I can't believe you're already 6. I remember the moment I met you in the hospital room. You are so grown up. I love you, buddy. You are an amazing kid.

Thanks for letting us share in Brighton's birthday celebration. Dinner was delicious and we always love being in your home. Grandpa is looking forward to the Star Wars concert.
I was shocked when I saw the fabulous base ball cake. I thought for sure star wars but then I noticed all of the figures and star wars stuff! I loved the photo shoot, too!!! Did you take these yourself? They are so, so great!
