It was a beautiful, warm and breezy Saturday, so we were thrilled when Grandpa and Grandma invited us for a little kite-flying. We met them at the park on our way home from the soccer game and had a fantastic time.

It was fun for Grandpa to be able to fly his kite with an appreciative audience.
Really great pictures, Lisa. You will have to give me some tips while we are out there visiting. That is, if we make it out to see you. The weather does not seem to want to cooperate!

it was a perfect kite flying day! i'm so glad you guys took advantage of all that wind and sunshine. it looks like it's going to be gone for a little while (the sunshine at least!).
