I guess it's pretty typical for people to barbecue over Memorial Day weekend (a.k.a. the unofficial start of summer), so we did our favorite kind of grilling-- Korean BBQ! It is such a fun way to eat together as everyone gathers around the table-top grill and cooks their own meat and vegetables. Afterwards we all had fun playing the Wii and hanging out. This is probably the last dinner we will have with both Matt and Emily for a long while... we are really going to miss them when they move to New York next month!
